Criar tema

Cria um tema. Sem `slug`, ele sai do nome. Escrever exige que a pessoa da chave tenha a permissão de aparência da organização. Exige o escopo themes:write.

Editar tema

Altera só os campos enviados. Exige o escopo themes:write.
