Atualizar gatilho de App

Só o que vier no corpo muda. `enabled` liga ou desliga também a assinatura no app, antes de gravar: se o app recusar, nada muda. O app, o evento e `trigger_config` não mudam: apague e crie outro. A conversa vinculada muda por PUT .../thread. Exige o escopo triggers:write.

Um gatilho de App do agente. Exige o escopo triggers:read.

Excluir gatilho de App

Desfaz a assinatura no app e apaga o gatilho. Se o app recusar, o gatilho fica e a resposta é 502. Exige o escopo triggers:write.
